In the event that the puppy is not available due to sickness, death, or any other circumstance due to the fault of seller, Buyer's deposit will, at Buyes's option, be either refunded or transferred to the next litter or a sibling from same litter.
Buyer agrees that he/she will forfeit the deposit and any rights to the puppy if:
- Buyer fails to complete the purchase of the puppy for any reason or
- Buyer fails to pay the balance of the Purchase Price
In either event Seller has the right to sell puppy to the another buyer.

As of date of delivery, your puppy has received proper vaccinations, deworming, and will be examined by a licensed veterinarian. A health report will be provided to seller upon delivery. Buyer must take their puppy to a veterinarian with in three business days to perform a "Puppy Wellness Check" and fecal test and Buyer is responsible for all cost incurred. Seller does not guranctee against common puppy issues such as coccidia (which can be caused by stress) worms, giardia, ear mites, or kennel cough. Kennel cough is self-limiting and like the common cold, if must run its course; Kennel cough on its own is not life threatening. Your puppy has been treated on a schedule from the age of 4 weeks for these conditions.
Seller cannot guarantee size, temperament or color of your puppy. This puppy is guaranteed for one year against fatal and life altering congenital disease which adversely affect the health of the animal and causes problems of a life threatening or debilitating nature. No breeding guarantee are given If the dog dies or is diagnosed within one-year of purchase date with a congenital life-threatening disease, the Seller will replace the puppy of equal value from the next litter; no cash refund will be given. Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Seller must be notified of the problem within 2 business days of the licensed veterinarian determination of a life-threatening or life altering condition. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. Luxating Patella’s must be diagnosed on initial puppy exam. Only stage 3 or more diagnosis will be covered under this guarantee and surgery must be performed within one year of purchase; in this event, seller will refund 25% of purchase price once surgery is completed. This guarantee is nontransferable.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance to the laws of Oklahoma.
Conditions of Sale:
Buyer agrees to be responsible for any and all associated veterinary costs starting on pick up date and to provide Seller with a certificate of alteration signed by a licensed veterinarian within 12 months of the puppy's date of birth.
Buyer agrees to activate Trupanion 30 day Pet Insurance certificate AND subscribe to Nuvets vitamins for one year if the contract.
